Yikes! Unexpected charge? Let's get to the bottom of it. Your subscription might’ve renewed automatically (we send email reminders, but inboxes can be sneaky). Log into your account portal to double-check your next charge date or update your payment method. Still seems off? Drop us a line – we’ll sort it faster than you can say 'who left the seat up?'

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’ll miss you more than your loo misses our rolls – but cancelling your subscription is easy.
Just log into your account portal, scroll down to your subscription, click Manage this subscription, and hit Cancel. You’ll get a couple of quick questions (so we can cry into our tissues later), then it’s done. Changed your mind? You can reactivate it anytime. Like a clingy ex, but way more sustainable.

How do I reactivate a subscription I paused or cancelled?

Ready to roll again? We knew you’d miss us! Just log into your account, find your inactive subscription, and click Reactivate. Boom – we’re back in your life and your bathroom.
